Pros
Steady pay, paid training, variety of shifts available.
Cons
Cold management, policies only apply to some, HIGH turnover rate. Absolutely no leeway for those with medical conditions. Management obviously favors some employees over others, and the attendance policy will not apply so strictly to those favored as opposed to others. I saw a girl fired for missing two days due to an emergency room visit and emergency medical procedure, same thing for another girl with heart condition, yet another woman who had a cold for a couple days got to keep her job.
