strict metrics and high expectations some managers are eager to write you up for nothing they blame every tech issue on you pay is terrible with no room for a raise training is not good enough for the work they expect get yelled at all day by customers

Remote flexibility, mobility within the company

Cons

horrible work environment, not always given the ability to do the things expected of you, team support wouldn't listen to provided requests, can get ghosted if you end up with too many tech problems with THEIR equipment
