- Leadership and decision-making: We don't operate top-down. Decisions are made by owners who are accountable for them, input is encouraged, and we plan with the long term in mind. As we continue to grow, we've also brought in experienced senior managers across teams to further strengthen leadership, structure, and coordination.
- Ways of working and accountability: The company emphasizes focus, responsibility, and clarity of execution. This can feel more structured than highly informal environments, but it is intended to reduce ambiguity, support effective collaboration, and enable teams to deliver sustainably.
- Team stability and collaboration: We continue to rely on a highly capable, engaged, and collaborative team. Most of our team members have been with us for several years, and knowledge sharing, peer learning, and teamwork remain central to how work gets done at Alohi.
