Pros

There are no pros, except a few people which work there.

Cons

Basically I left a long term job to work for this company and got hired while they were begging me to join them just to be fired after 1 month because they hired someone else to do the job. Unreal company and a complete scam, I do not recommend Almedia to anyone.

Pros

* Competitive base salary * Opportunity to attend conferences

Cons

* Management is highly disorganized and expectations constantly change * Reaching KPIs does not guarantee security * Positive performance reviews can suddenly turn into layoffs with vague reasoning * Favoritism is common; seniority and politics are prioritized over actual performance and consistency * Overall environment feels unstable, stressful, and lacking in transparency or support

Pros

As one of the earliest talent hires, the level of ownership and trust here is genuinely rare — I've been given real scope to help build a team from the ground up. It's a bootstrapped, profitable business, which brings a stability and long-term focus you don't always find in adtech, and the bar for talent across the data and engineering teams is genuinely high. The support in my first few weeks was excellent — couldn't have asked for a better start.

Cons

As a lean, fast-scaling company, priorities can move quickly and you wear a lot of hats. It's great if you like autonomy, but you have to be comfortable with ambiguity
