      Pros

      - Very quick exposure to M&A deals and clients (I learned more in 3 years than most M&A guys/consultants in 5) - One of the best places to train/learn how to do M&A - Interesting and diversified deals - Great team and atmosphere

      Cons

      - Sometimes lack of structure in HR - Pays less than at BNP or similar positions in higher level firms
