      Pros

      Was good before aquisition by Tech M. with good benefits and annual salary increases (based on yearly Perfromance reviews).

      Cons

      After Aquisition, there was uncertainty about salary increase and performance review since it didn't happen in April (as originally scheduled); fast forward August and they inform that there will be no salary increase for 2024.
