Pros

Flexible working hours for certain roles. You will have the opportunity to learn different aspects of the business if you are willing to take on multiple responsibilities. If you’re simply looking for flexibility and don’t mind a fast-changing environment, this company may suit you.

Cons

In my experience, this was one of the most mentally exhausting places I have ever worked. The boss seemed heavily focused on cutting company costs and maximizing profits. Employees were expected to work hard, take on more responsibilities, and generate revenue for the company, but I never felt the same level of commitment towards developing or investing in employees’ growth. It often felt like employees were treated as a cost rather than an investment, with little emphasis on helping them build long-term careers. As for the lady boss, I found her management style extremely difficult to work with. She had an unpredictable temper and could become angry over small issues, creating a stressful working environment where employees constantly felt like they had to walk on eggshells. From what I experienced, even the boss often seemed unable to calm situations when her temper escalated. I also often got the impression that she viewed herself as being above others because of her connections with influencers and celebrities, and that attitude sometimes reflected in the way she treated employees. I often felt that she did not want employees to become too capable or continue improving in their roles. Instead of helping people grow, it often felt like employees were held back rather than encouraged to reach their full potential. Employee suggestions were welcomed on the surface but were rarely taken seriously unless they benefited management’s own interests. The company operates very much like a family business, with many key positions held by family members or people close to management. This created a strong sense of favoritism and made it difficult for other employees to feel they had equal opportunities. Warning letters were issued so frequently that it became a running joke among employees that if you had never received a warning letter, you had never truly worked here. I also personally felt that employees from other countries were not always treated with the same level of respect, which negatively affected the overall working environment. Overall, if you’re looking for a supportive workplace where management genuinely values employee growth and development, this may not be the right place for you. In my experience, you need to be mentally prepared before joining. The environment can be emotionally draining, and I often felt that employees were expected to give everything for the company while receiving very little support in return.

Pros

The male boss is a nice person who will try his best to build a team.

Cons

The female boss is a nightmare boss you can ever have. She is narrow-minded, egoistic, full of herself and micromanage till you die. She is one of the fakest person I have ever seen. She tells lies, she competes with her own team members, she takes team's credits for herself and she pinpoint at people's fault all the time. She is the typical female boss that you want to avoid. In fact, she is the worst. The male boss doesn't have the ability to control her unfortunately.
