Cons
The company organizational structure is flat and confusingly structured. It is generally run with an atmosphere of fear. Fear that you will be replaced if you don't satisfy the shifting whims of the Lyon's, or one of the various corporate officers with ambiguous duties and roles. Despite constant internal communications of how profitable the company is pay increases are not consististant with company progress. Lack of a clear organizational structure tends to lead to peer who outrank others dumping work onto subordinates. The culture is one of fear that you will be eliminated if someone else knows how to do the job that you do. Good people seem to be fired inexplicably.
