      Company only cares about bottom line, completely unloyal to long-term employees, does reductions in force (RIFs) to get rid of higher paid, experienced employees and replaces them with new to market hires with little to no experience.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
