Pros
The PTO time and the 401K make it hard to leave.
Cons
This is soley based on the ATO/ETRM positions. There is little or no training for most positions. The responsibilities and the processes of how to do them are ever changing. Allstate is not set up for people to work well remotely yet our jobs demand it. The work/life balance is sorely out of wack for exempt personal.
