Stable company with good benefits but poor communication and leadership - Lead DevOps Engineer Allstate Employee Review

Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
