      Easy quoting platforms. Used to be easy to help people save money

      Cons

      They took the ability to help people save and so keeping people after raising 30% for no reason became terrible.

      Pros

      Local office had great support from my EA and coworker.

      Cons

      Systems constantly changing, poor IT support, state regulations constantly changing. No benefits in local offices and our rates are too high to compete.
