      Great coworkers, most frontline supervisors care about employees.

      Cons

      Bad education, always concerned about saving money, upper management is not great, non-transparent, long hours, Medical Director is conservative. Allina is reactive and not proactive.

      Benefits, separate PTO and sick time. Union. Life insurance. 401k (small match). Great coworkers, high quality care. Good management. Excellent upper management.
