Competitive pay, hospital positions are usually union with pension, extra days off, and separate PTO/Sick time.
Cons
-Management doesn't have common sense or take suggestions. -No room for clinical judgement. -Management has been a revolving door with each new manager coming in with something to prove making working conditions worse and worse. -Communication with coworkers in remote positions is greatly discouraged. -Remote positions are requiring cameras on your computer and monitoring any idle time and expecting perfection with unrealistic production rates. (regularly <60% reaching production goals) -Clinic and centralized nursing are non union and do not offer the same benefits as the union positions. -Only feed back you will ever get from management will be negative feedback.
