Pros
Allina Health has a strong mission and I'm pleased that a physician and female, Dr. Penny Wheeler, is the leader. She is remarkable.
Cons
It is a big organization so there are many layers. Getting approval for small things can take a long time. Also, because the organization is large, you might get pigeon-holed into specific tasks and not a variety or broad assignment because everybody has a lane to stay within.
