      Were very helpful when I was sick, and then my father got very sick. Able to take time off during both.

      Benefits, separate PTO and sick time. Union. Life insurance. 401k (small match). Great coworkers, high quality care. Good management. Excellent upper management.

      Usual workplace politics and conflict. People are usually willing to listen and work through issues.
