Pros
I worked on a great team with wonderful management. The office space was nice and offered a lot of convenient food options. I learned a lot from my team and manager and overall it was a great first "big girl" job.
Cons
Pay was not great especially for a large, expensive city. Worked long hours due to our team being small and us overseeing work for all foundations.
