Pros
The best thing about AGA are the people who work here and the building location. Our immediate managers are very good, but some good ones are leaving. Pay is fair. New bonus plan sounds good but mostly tied to profits which in this insurance company literally depends on the weather
Cons
Depends on one business line; CEO is not good; lost half his leadership team recently; doesn't follow company values, jobs sent to Mexico and is quietly trying to do more this year; heavy internal bureacuracy ; problems with DOIs; good people leaving (hardly anyone left in marketing), many heavy IT projects from Europe; not enough resources to get work done; work is just not rewarding anymore
