- Unprofessional childish management - High positions are reserved for Irish citizens or citizens from English speaking countries - and when I say high positions I am not talking about the "Senior Policy Management Officer" position as this position is just a joke :) - HR is either unaware of bullying or they are just ignoring it. During a meeting (I think it was last year) a person on a high position said that "we shouldn't write lies on social media" instead of taking care of the issue - I really love Ireland and Irish people but the natives in Allianz Partners are just antisocial and racist. You will never see them talking to foreigners. They consider us abominations - I left the company as I was unhappy with the overall situation in the company and I didn't feel that I can talk with anyone about it. So let me finish my review with an inspirational quote from Kelly Clarkson: "if someone presents such a cancerous environment and then just keeps hurting you, and even if they’re doing it inadvertently and they just don’t know better, you should just not have that person (company) in your life"
