Excellent starter Training. Thorough and structured from the start. Targets slowly increase over the first year and seem reasonable. Plenty of feedback given.

Pay is competitive, fairly transparent and well structured.

Pretty much left to your own devices if you can manage your own workload.
I haven't had too much dealing with all the Management but they seem to take on board feedback from staff where possible.
Cons
Hours can be long.
Canteen could be subsidised more.
Systems can be slow.
