Pros

- Management won't kacau/call during your off day/AL for follow ups - Lots of supportive colleagues but not all - Health benefits - Location quite strategic since office is easy access to public transportation

Cons

Must have a strong mentality because it's a super fast pace job. Management will have high expections on call quantity, call quality & sales but low in support/encouragement from TM & management. Can easily triggered burnout or stress. Colleague can be toxic and wrongly used of superiority and you won't feel the career growth since you will remain in the same position unless you quit or move to other department.
