Colleges and Coworkers have a very nice spirit. As an Intern you get to work on a lot of different topics and have the opportunity to learn a lot.

It's not a software company, there is not much guidance to your journey. Software was not the product but mostly a byproduct and thus did not receive a lot of attention (which is reasonable from a business perspective, but not ideal from a SE perspective).

A nice atmosphere to work and grow in

Growth is fairly limited after a certain level
