The motor trade is the same anywhere, but this is the first place I’ve worked where nobody liked the company.

Long hours for little pay

Always paid on time but that’s about it.

The whole company is full of people who are only in the positions they have because they have been given a leg up by other people just as incompetent as they are and are unable to actually do the job. There are a lot of two faced people who build alliances and gang up on people to get them to leave whether this is resigning or through redundancy. Anyone below a sales persons level is looked down upon, unless you are in a position to make the company money then they do not care about you, it is minimum wage with no bonuses or any incentives. The higher management are paid a ridiculous amount of money for doing the bare minimum and claim they care about the staff but this again only goes to the sales level, anyone under that they do not speak to. I would AVOID this company at all costs.
