Pros

The total culture of the building is very solid. The last Community Director, who was erroneously let go, brought an exciting aspect to this community that was missing for a long time.

Cons

Regional Management does not provide the support for the communities. Corporate staff is difficult to get in contact with and have a constructive conversation. Everything is communicated via email. Corporate and Regional Management are looking after their own wellbeing rather than looking after our residents. They state our residents are what we are in business for; well put your money where your mouth is. Prove that you care about your residents, because we sure don't see this at the community.

Management, Core Values, departmental Support, Wages, Dedication to the resident’s wellbeing

Cons

Staffing, so much local competition, it was hard to wither attract or retain frontline associates. Common issues you would find at any other community in the area.

ED - non supportive, disrespectful, demeaning, insulting, micromanages, accuses management staff of lying, hardly ever works a full 8hr day
