Toxic Culture, Toxic Management, Nightmare - Recruiter Allegis Group Employee Review

The culture is absolutely horrible, I have never seen a company with so much turn over and it is not surprising. This company is the definition of toxic from top to bottom with the entire model designed so a select few profit from the work of the many. The "leaders" do little to no BD and rely on existing accounts and then expect the recruiters to do majority of the grunt work. The company offers little to no flexibility with an outdated model. This "company" is much more of a cult and I would not recommend it to anybody looking for a healthy work life balance.
