No cons when working here

The people are very down-to-earth whether they were co-workers, management, or from another department/county building. If you like meeting new people and getting to work behind-the-scenes in a position that makes a difference, then Allegan County may be a good fit for you.

Understaffed. Some departments could use an extra person, even if only temporary or part-time.
