Pros
It is great if you want a fully remote job with no expectations of being in office.
Cons
It is terrible if you like constructive feedback, realistic expectations, time for yourself or family, or not being micro-managed. While here I felt the most amount of anxiety in my whole life. I felt as if I was being choked out with how many meetings I had to be part of and also on the few days I was left on my own to finally do my work I would still have to do long wrap up meetings. There were so many process issues with their internal systems, no one documented things properly and high up management got onto me a few times because how my director told me to document things. TLDR, to much admin work for recruiters, crazy expectations given how the market has been, and over bearing management that tracks everything you do and gets onto you if you have a different way of viewing things.
