There is a clear emphasis on growth, both through acquisitions and organic initiatives, but it is done thoughtfully rather than recklessly. Collaboration across teams is strong, and there is a noticeable respect for expertise at every level of the organization. The company empowers individuals to take ownership, move quickly, and contribute in meaningful ways. There is also a strong sense of purpose in the work, which translates into real impact for clients and their employees.

The organization is growing and evolving, which means there are frequent opportunities to adapt and take on new challenges. For individuals who enjoy a dynamic environment, this is a positive, though it does require flexibility and a willingness to embrace change.

Remote and sometimes you do get to help others.

Micromanagement, micromanagement, micromanagement. Communication between higher-ups is incredibly poor and management is detached. You'll witness mass layoffs and then management will act confused on why you're nervous about potentially losing your employment. Everyone is trying to meet metrics so additional help when learning your position is limited. They'll implement new ways to micromanage you instead of making something innovative to aid the software program from 2008 they still utilize. I've worked some pretty intense jobs in the past, but this stressed me out more and I wasn't even compensated enough to deal with it.
