You have the same schedule as the federal meaning holidays off. Guaranteed work due to the large turnover rate.
Cons
Not professional at all you are required to take test such as Hippa , harassment in the work place and a few more. But those test arnt used in the work place it's total opposite. They have a 401k that they enroll you in, you never receive a statement because the funds are three months behind from sitting in the owner account collecting interest. When you decide to leave the company they put you in as terminated even though you put in a two weeks notice. Be prepared to be baby sat if your not in the upper management circle. The leads they have are like the blind leading the blind they are never on the same page. The title or name of this company is nothing they stand for what so ever at all. That being said mandatory weekends due to the management treatment towards employees so they leave which is more work for you. If you don't show it will be a write up.
