Pros

The work environment (Other employees) were good, there were many thing to learn from. The suggestions from employee were heard and implemented.

Cons

The stipend was too low, to an extend where it seemed they are hiring interns cause they can’t afford employees. So many cuts in that low stipend- Cuts for lateness even when they expect you to stay overtime. It was mentally exhausting sometimes since there is a system tracking your laptop for whole 8 hours, it legit takes a screenshot of the laptop every 10 minutes to make sure you are working.
