      Everything here is better in other companies.

      Cons

      All Systems Electrical is a disorganized company with an ineffective leadership. There’s almost zero communication from our leaders, and we get no support from them. It’s very difficult to reach out to the leadership because it seems uninterested in helping and guiding its own employees. I wouldn’t recommend working here because other companies have much better culture and environment than this one.

      Pros

      Great place to work. They are flexible with my schedule and care about all their employees. I've witnessed them go above and beyond to help employees out. Great communication amongst the office staff too. Fun place to work.

      Cons

      The only thing I can say Is I wish there was more shade in the parking lot for our cars during the hot summer days.

      Pros

      They take care of their employees and their families. They make sure employees get to see their families and the expenses to do so. This would be the best company I worked for and I worked in this field for many years and have moved around. Great staff great hours. They take care of employees travel between projects. Overall great company
