Pros

All-State is a great place for individuals who are looking to broaden their manufacturing experience. A pleasant atmosphere for all who are wanting to make a long term career move and for the ones who need a stepping stone. They're willing to train within and actively seek to retain employees across the board.

Cons

A bit too lean with personnel in some support roles. I believe the company could benefit some from having the executive team travel to the out of state facilities slightly more.

Pros

I've worked at All-State Industries, Inc. for over 25 years and have worked beside amazing people who have also been with the company for decades. All-State truly values its employees and creates a family culture where the knowledge you learn about the company's processes becomes a long-term asset providing opportunities for growth for you and for the organization. This is why we have so many employees who call this their "Forever Job". The leadership team is approachable, and the company fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Work-life balance is respected, and the benefits package is competitive, including generous PTO, healthcare, retirement, and wellness initiatives.

Cons

Like any growing organization, there are moments where corporate resources are shared and not as readily available, and decision-making feels slower than necessary. Sometimes communication between departments can be a challenge.

Pros

Manufacturing Staff are awesome people and get their jobs done! On the Sales side of things, there is the opportunity to work with large OEM and developed great relationships.

Cons

Management lacks leadership qualities. Sales Compensation Plans will change to prevent one being paid. The company over commits to customers. Internal managers don't have the ability to lead.
