Pros

free food sometimes. you can take lots of vacation because its so slow

Cons

ok at first and then went downhill when they fired the only owner that was friendly and cared. Managment doesn't know what they're doing. they don't train people and then fire them because they don't know how to do their job. toxic environment that's taught and enabled by owner. Sad they can buy another company but cant give raises to long term workers! Other employees are nice but don't get attached because no one stays long anymore.

Pros

Working at this company has been rewarding both personally and professionally. It’s clear the team and ownership care. There’s a strong sense of support, open communication, and a willingness to listen that sets this company apart from the rest. Although difficult in a down market and with tariff uncertainty at an all time high, the incentive structure has been thoughtfully designed to reward effort, encourage innovation, and recognize achievements in a meaningful way. It’s not just about hitting numbers; it’s about growing personally and professionally while contributing to something bigger. Gone are the days days of a grey area of compensation which was the way of the old regime. This company’s culture is positive, energetic, and forward thinking. You’re encouraged to bring ideas to the table and initiative is celebrated. As this company grows, so do the opportunities - making for an exciting place to build a long term career. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place where their work is valued and their growth is a priority.

Cons

Tariffs are creating a big challenge and will for the foreseeable future as they alter the landscape of our market. We will make this more of an opportunity than it is a challenge.
