      Pros

      I am able to converse with our customers when taking bookings, queries, quotations etc. After a while you develop a rapport with them, which is rewarding in its own right, they trust you and rely on your judgement.

      Working on a voluntary basis.

      Pros

      Good pay and great benefits, very good organization and support. Well funded. Accessible top management. Very diverse travel opportunities and opportunities to advance.

      Cons

      Recent restructuring affected loyal employees. New ownership changed basic business focus to rely more heavily on overseas projects.
