Management has a tendency to spring changes onto the team with little notice and will balk at you if you have a problem with that. When staff bring up concerns about needing more support or being overworked, management is dismissive and condescending. Because of this, the turnover rate is incredibly high. The doctors are burnt out yet management continues to add to their workload. The medical director is passive aggressive and the CEO is snarky, leading to a toxic work environment.
