Pros
The pay is some of the best on the island, they offer PTO (only will give it if they approve of your time off though and are very strict about this, will not pay it out at the end of your time or year as it is not legally required), most clients are in-clinic so they can find you a sub case if needed (most of the time) their 'office / admin work' pay is above min-wage, the BCBAs are great (I don't consider them management), they offer clinical hours to get your BCBA, good health insurance options
Cons
no lunch break unless you're willing to risk an unpaid hour (can not promise you a 30min unpaid lunch), but they used to offer paid lunches, they do not care about their employees at all, last minute schedule changes is the norm (a lot of the time they will not even contact you to let you know your client cancelled or that you will be subbing with a different client), they are extremely strict, they make it increasingly difficult to get pay raises, they will change systems and pay changes without letting staff know (they're trying to be better about this but it's still very bad), no AC in a lot of the center / high ceilings as it is in a warehouse, they will not close the center even if water is shut off for long periods of time, overflow parking is a 10min walk away and if you're late due to this you're penalized, no staff meetings so all communication is done via email and is very disorganized, in the past they would refuse doctor's notes, known OSHA violations, constant revolving door of staff, no HR and no clear hierarchy (you do not know who to go to for management as they all wear multiple hats and pass it off when it doesn't serve them), if it's not illegal, they'll do it or take advantage of it
