      *Coworkers are work driven, team oriented, and extremely bright *New employees are assigned mentors which helps when questions arise *New employees are part of monthly group calls with Talent Management to assist with general questions

      Cons

      *Weekly travel which is expected in this industry *Starting off can feel like drinking from a fire hose. Ask lots of questions!

      - Experience in solving high stakes business problems that's top of mind for C-suite Executives - Constant exposure to interacting with CXOs - Excellent compensation and benefits - Meaningful ownership and leadership opportunities at junior levels - High caliber peers and coworkers - Supportive leadership team

      - Long hours / heavy travel depending on the type of project (consistent with most consulting firms)

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
