      Compensation is higher than direct companies however it's a very racist and sexist organization.

      Cons

      Not the best career option for a woman of color. Managing Directors are not encouraging, or welcoming of differing opinions.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
