Pros
You would handle a lot of projects cause people kept leaving which means, you would need to takeover their work. Treat this as a chance to gain more exposure on different project.
Cons
Management had no ideas about what you are working on, they only care about people how to brag about their work. No one will guide you there, everything is based on networking, if you are lucky, you will have a nice senior to guide you, if not, you will have a very miserable life. People keep come and go cause the company doesnt value smart and hard-working employees, they only value employees who are good at bragging themselves. If you want promotion here, the best is to get close to the boss, instead of work hard, hers is very chinese style.
