Every director and senior management is listen our problems and try to resolve them, talking very Politely, HR is very friendly, Flexible timings of Working, high energy people and very nice teams, positive culture

Pros

On time salary Heavy growth prospects but limited by vision of higher management.

Cons

Many I know of: 1. The leadership does not know how to delegate power and responsibilities. They want control over everything and in the end you are thrown under the bus for not getting results. 2. Company is too dependent on fancy dashboards and colorful charts. They need to know that real decisions are driven though black and white excel sheets. 3. The entire leadership of the company from Senior Managers to Founders are conveniently working from their hometown whereas They want the middle management and junior resources to attend office. Tell me one thing, if my manager is himself working remotely, what is so concerning about my location? 4. The Gurgaon office is ran by HR department who has no idea bout how businesses and people function. For someone who does not know and understand revenue, they sure are very pokey about what things are happening in other departments. They basically are a CCTV the founders. 5. They talk about big visions and being visionary but they don't understand the on-ground problems of travel. Majority of what they say is a shot in the dark. 6. They do not have any idea about how to run an operations team. Their operations team is issuing tickets and calling customers as well. These are very separate departments in travel. 6. Attrition rate is very high specifically due to founders not being here to understand what employee problems, strengths, weaknesses are and then there HR team that constantly feeds partial info to the founders. 7. They are very biased. Everyone including department heads run from ownership and likes to put blame games. 8. Ego problem is there within every department head. Cross functional collaboration is almost negligible. 9. The leadership will change your offer letter terms mid year and you will have no option to negotiate. They will go back on their written commitments as they need. You can either sign or resign. They will change your incentive amount, cycle, period, employment terms and what not.
