Decent company - Hospitalist Aligned Providers Employee Review

Aligned Providers is a legit democratic emergency medicine group. The working physicians are also the owners and the decision-makers. This leads to a patient-first culture, while ensuring the physicians are well cared for.

The group is fairly small.

Amazing group of providers that are more than willing to teach without making you feel belittled. Excellent learning opportunities: bedside US training, EM bootcamp, Radiopaedia course, specialty rotations, procedural training Company paid insurance premium

Schedule is all over the place. The pay had me barely scraping by but I planned ahead and saved some to cover some expenses. Kind of to be expected from a fellowship but hard nonetheless.
