      Benefits and starting salary... work from home

      Cons

      Use to think salary was a pro until I realized that it depends on feelings of your manager.. you can be taught one thing and the next manager sees it differently.. so you have to relearn your job literally... and no raise for months...while the economy is getting more expensive to live in...feels like your just a number
