Pros
Allow to work from home full time (Virtual position). May seem perfect, depends on family needs. Be warned that it is difficult to build your network if you are not in an office.
Cons
Almost no career path for growth and opportunity to pick up new skills. Too many ownership changes in last decade. Just google Aon Hewitt merger, BlackStone, Alight Solutions and Wipro deal. Downsizing.
