Pros
Salary will credit on time. We can take more than 30 days leave every year with pay. Profit of this company is too high.
Cons
Very low salary. Package is not good compare than any other MNC. Growth is not up to the mark. If you are a fresher and only interested in manual testing, then please join in this organization. If you have great knowledge in 'coding' then please search the job in other companies. Zero technology usage, only depending on their own tool. only very few persons are working in Java, .NET, Selenium and QTP. (only few means less than 150 people). Cost cutting. No new technologies . It is very tough to move to other company once you joined here.
