Pros

They have elevators and WiFi. They have poor chairs. They have an expensive cafeteria and they are raising prices all the time. Enjoy progressive leftist liberal bs? This is the place to be!

Cons

I am a former employee and I enrolled in Cobra. When I called I was put on hold for about ten minutes so the employee can try to figure out how to explain cobra and the process. After I walked him through the process and how it works I was enrolled into cobra incorrectly and double charged for three month and charged for an extra month. Each time I called they put me on hold and they still screwed things up. How can a company that can’t get their own benefits right get other company benefits right? Alights training is ineffective. The team Managers are actually quality managers and do not focus on growing/training employees. They have all women managers who instead of taking care of the issues make excuses for there terrible training, management and inability to care for their teams. They have meetings all day which seem to be pep rallies for themselves and discuss their hair and nails instead of the fact that they are not doing anything to evolve past their portly built system. There’s a reason why your single moms.

Flexible work environment, ability to work autonomously or in a team, variety of tasks, time flexibility, training policies

Cons

Excessive workload, actual team makeup did not support training policies, support roles were not valued by other businesses, lack of leadership support, unreasonable expectations for support roles
