      Pros

      The company is good if you are there for time pass and you do not want growth salarywise and knowledge wise.

      Cons

      Company went worse after it changed from Aon to Alight. No job security, work burden is more according to your salary growth. People who are good in flattering and buttering their manager get growth only.
