      Benefits good, work from home good, Opportunities and resources to grow your technology skill sets good. Currently lots of changes in organization .

      Cons

      As this company is a spin-off out of AON Hewitt. There is a lot of change happening , it currently is taking its toll on employees at AON and at Alight as they begin the huge process of separating systems business and networks.

      Flexible work environment, ability to work autonomously or in a team, variety of tasks, time flexibility, training policies

      Cons

      Excessive workload, actual team makeup did not support training policies, support roles were not valued by other businesses, lack of leadership support, unreasonable expectations for support roles
