We are glad to hear that you like the new Austin office and appreciate hearing about your personal experience. We regret that you feel leadership did not meet your expectations. We are committed to understanding and improving the work environment that so many of our employees have come to enjoy. We’ve made a conscious decision at this time to not make any adjustments to our 401K plan. After doing extensive evaluation of our packages in comparison to other companies in our industry and size, we find that our 401K plan, while not above average, is fair. We continue to emphasize our Employee Engagement Initiative, helping us to increase employee gratification -- training, Sales on-boarding, two-way communication, annual performance review, and quarterly employee award program -- as a means to connect with and validate the meaningful work our employees accomplish day to day.
Our management has an open-door policy and welcome feedback, both positive and constructive. If you have any constructive, specific feedback to share we would welcome your feedback. We want to encourage you to offer more specific detail related to your concerns by emailing hr@alienvault.com.
