The best company I've worked for that truly values their staff and makes them feel valued from the moment they are employed. Regular 1-2-1s , team meetings and support during projects is well managed, along regular meetings from management to inform us of prospective clients and opportunities. Initiatives like "Beers for Peers" and shared lunches further enhance the team camaraderie beyond formal settings, fostering a truly inclusive and supportive workplace environment.
