Established company that has the feel of a start up. Tight knit and collaborative effort that is allowing growth within the FinTech industry. CEO wants input from all and truly cares about the company and it's employees.

None that come to mind.

Aliaswire gave me the opportunity to step in to a leadership role and build a new team. As growing company, and having two products (especially PayVus) which has a great unrealized potential, there are ample opportunities like this if you have a passion for building or contributing towards something new.

Being a company which has been around 20 years (despite its small size), changing some habits (mostly technical processes and procedures) usually take more effort than in a "greenfield" type of a startup. Good thing is that everyone is open minded and willing to learn and change things for better.
